I have had the experience of selling a few different houses. As my family began to grow, I recently found the need and desire to purchase a larger home and sell my current home again. I’ve interviewed a variety of different realtors until I found Sonia & Branden. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust. Throughout the couple months, Branden has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We worked with Sonia & Branden in the spring of 2021 to sell our home, and we couldn’t have been more pleased! We couldn’t be happier with how we were treated and worked with by Sonia & Branden Team. When we learned about the Sonia & Branden Team our house had been previously on the market for about 3 months. After we contracted with the team to sell our house, it was sold in less than a week. I would like to say that Sonia & Branden and everyone involved in their team did a wonderful job. I recently told Branden that even though my house I sold and purchased weren’t big homes over million dollars, I really felt like Branden treated me like a millionaire. My goal was to sell my home quickly and at the best possible price and their team delivered on that. If I remember correctly, I had an offer within the same week that we had an open house. I am a salesman myself, but Branden showed me what it’s like to be a professional in his field. He always followed up and checked in with me on a regular basis. We had experience with Sonia as a buyer’s agent after my parents had such a wonderful experience with her as a seller’s agent. She was absolutely wonderful. She helped us look at houses for what we would potentially have to fix, what issues with resale might be, and she stayed right in the price range we asked for. She went above and beyond when the lender delayed our loan. We were stuck with moving dates, and we had to change multiple other appointments. But Sonia cleared to close everything on time. I felt like she fought for me the whole way and we trusted her with anything that came our way. She did an amazing job.
